Just got my new Dell inspiron with the Nvidia GeForce 650m. i downloaded black ops 2 and was running the graphics all the way up and everything was fine. then suddenly when i tried to open the game the next day my fps went down to 4 at the start up screen of the game. then it blacked out and started flashing the desktop. so i turned off my computer and now black ops 2 is still at 7 fps. WTF HAPPENED

First of all, verify at least one other demanding game with VSYNC OFF for maximum stress to see if you have a hardware issue.
Black Ops 2 may also be corrupted. If you have STEAM simply VERIFY the data (it will fix any problems). If you don't, then reinstall the game and any updates.
