CPU= I7-4770K Overclocked at 4.3g with H100i

GPU= GTX 480 sli 2-way

Hard-drive= Samsung 250 SSD

Memory= 16g Corsair Vengeance

Motherboard= ASUS Z87-A

Power Supply= Thermaltake Smart M series 80plus Bronze 850w

Case= Corsair 200R

Monitors-
(1) Main Asus VG278h I game with 2d lightboost 1080p
(2) Asus VS248h-9 for watching my temps while gaming

OS= Windows 8 PRO 64-bit

I mostly play BattleField 3 and now the Beta for 4

I have the settings (ultra) maxed out 1920x1080p with around 75 FPS in the BF4 beta and it looks great, however these suckers get up in the 90's and make a lot of noise.
After reading multiple forums I'm considering the upgrade to either two GTX 760's 2 way sli or 1 GTX 780 3g?
No clue what brand is best or if I were to go with the 760's should I get 2g or 4g? I'd like to keep both monitors so can I run them both with one 780? I'm considering buying two more Asus VG278H's for 3 but not in the near future... I just don't know where to go at this point.. I'd like to keep my same monitor setup and clear the 100 fps at a nice cool temp... Any suggestions?

Get an AMD card. Dice will be using GCN / Mantle API which will theoretically give 9x performance to AMD users (when BF4 officially releases). There is a reason why BF4 and AMD are partners.

Wait till the AMD R9 & R7 GPU's come out (which is apparently tomorrow). The AMD HD 7000 will be marked down and not a lot has changed between the two card families. If you really want performance get a 7990.. or you can get single or dual 7970 or 7950. I wouldn't go under 7950 if you're looking for ultra performance 1080p (although 7850 does remarkably well).

I appreciate the quick response but I'm more interested in NVIDIA because I've based all my hardware around it and understand it with more confidence. I have been keeping an eye out for the BF4 gpu bundles though and may sway that direction.

Good deal its been awhile for me on the nvidia side since the bad 8800 card I had but im sure there are good ones out there but the bundle deal with bf4 will cost ya a arm and leg to get on most of the deals its better if you just purchase BF4 then the card sperate.

when upgrading gpu its best to go one single powerful gpu if you have the money. You eliminate high temps, micro stuttering etc. I would go with the 7970 or 680 you keep good temps with every game maxed out well depending on which edition you go with.

Wouldn't a 680 performance be less than my 489 sli??

I'm leaning towards a PNY GTX 780 3g?? $625

Technically, a 760 can run this game at ultra, so a 780 would be unnecessary. I would go for an AMD 280x due to DICE and AMD. DICE optimizes for AMD for the 280x beats the 770 in this case. And also, DICE recommends 3GB of video ram for Battlefield 4. You will be running at 60fps constantly if not over with a 280x.
