Need an Input on the Hardware I've Chosen to Purchase. (Please Help)

Alright, we've been down this path before but I need some down to earth, non-sugarcoated knowledge. I'm going to list my specifications of my computer, then I'm gonna tell you the upgrades I am planning on buying. All I want to know is if they will allow my PC to play the games that I am going to list at the end.

MY PC SPECS:

1. NVIDIA GEFORCE GT 430
2. 4GB DDR3 RAM
3. AMD ATHLON II 640 QUAD-CORE PROCESSOR ( Approximately 3.00ghz I believe "Don't hold me against that")
4. 1TB HDD
5. AOC 21" MONITOR (1600 x 900 resolution)
6. WINDOWS 7 HOME-PREMIUM
2A. 2 OPEN RAM SLOTS

Now, I was planning on buying these two addons for my PC

1. XFX AMD Radeon HD 7750 (VIDEO CARD)
2. Crosshair CX430 (PSU)

Now with those 2 upgrades I have listed, I want to know if I could play these games I am about to list.

GAMES:

1. Arma 3
2. Better Performance On Arma 2: CO
3. Better Performance On CoD: BO2
4. CoD: Ghost
5. (POSSIBLY) Battlefield 4

I thank you if you put any input into this and help enlighten me on possible upgrades I may need or if I need something else to play these games I have listed.

Thanks, At least I will be able to play it, then again it wasn't my primary choice, I've been "iffy" about getting BF4. My main concern is Arma 3 and CoD: Ghost.

I'm still stuck though, I can already play battlefield 3 and Skyrim (barely) so the only two useful games on that drop down box weren't really useful to me. I really need to know if I could play Arma 3 and CoD: Ghost after i buy these two upgrades, because those two games are the things that decided if I am going to buy these products or keep looking for others.

You are more than doubling your GPU performance. I am pretty sure if you google benchmarks for those games you will find something.
