Hi
I am somewhat new to overclocking, so I was wanting to get some of your ideas on overclocking my 660 ti. Primarily, what multiplier would you recommend, and with what voltages. The card has quite good cooling as well. so I am pretty sure that shouldn't be an issue. If someone could help me out that would be really great.

Thanks, Jacob

Hi,

Maybe your getting confused with CPU overclocking (?) as you mentioned multipliers.

What you need is MSI Afterburner for overclocking and monitoring temps. What you need to do is set the power limit to max, then increase the core clock slightly (perhaps 25Mhz), then use a benchmark or game and test for stability.
If it's stable then increase the core clock again, if it's not stable then try increasing the voltage slightly but only if your load temps are acceptable (<90C).
Repeat the same process for the memory.
Have a look online to find out what is considered a max safe voltage for your card.

Ah crap, yeah I meant core clock speed. Thanks for the reply, however, I was more looking clock speeds others had gotten to work for them. Thanks anyway.

I haven't personally used the card, but if you search google you'll find loads of 660Ti overclocking results

Yeah, I was able to find something on oc.net so I guess I'll use that as a guide for the time being, thanks.
