UPDATE: Long story short which should I choose Maximus IV, V or VI. or Rampage III or IV or you pick of alternative. and I'll take care of the rest. More detail below. million thanks
This will be my first gaming build but have experiences at building basic home PC, it will be personal use and maybe selling it after a while for profit or leave it for future upgrading.
while I'm not looking for future proofing anything, I want a rig that will play current and future high demand game titles for a couple year or less at max setting. As in buy what I can now and support for a bit longer in the future, at a budget.
I've been looking at Maximus IV~VI or Rampage III, IV extreme, but alternative works too...
what I'm looking for and comfortable are:
-budget to performance(~$1350 CPU only)
-Intel CPUs.
-Nvidia GPUs
-achieve max setting in game no problem For a year max.
-1 slot current GPU
-expandable for future addition (i.e. SLI/Crossfire, HDD, etc. )
-at most 2 x16 Pcie
-Will O.C.
-medium case(living at small apartment)

-watercooling custom or close loop can do.
additional info: purchases will be made in Hong Kong, just in case walk-in suggestion will be made.
