Wait about a month for a 7870 on newegg to go on sale.... You could have gotten one for 255$ all last week.

Because of shipment issues I have to buy it during the next week, since my friend who lives in the US will be buying it for me and she is coming Nov 2, since I leave in a country where shipment fees are ridiculous so sadly I cannot wait for Black Friday or Cyber Monday, also is there any way to foresee an upcomming sale other than the previous mentioned days?

Nice choices :)

I would definitely recommend the GTX 660 Ti, I've had one for 4 months now and it's a brilliant card.

But my main concern for you is if a 600 watt PSU will be able to handle a graphics card with factory overclock settings.

That PSU won't be a problem with any of these cards overclocked or not. The 660ti is the best performer of the bunch.

i would buy this XFX Radeon HD 7950 Black Edition 3GB 384-bit GDDR5. New games? Go 3GB. Two fans for excellent cooling.

$200 at ncix.

Looks nice but I think I'll go Nvidia since apparently ATI's tend to demand more CPU power and my CPU is not as updated as it was when I bought it some years ago, good suggestion tho
