after I've used a flash disk, my laptop running very slow.

What should I do to increase the speed in the level it was from manufacturer?

You have probably installed some kind of malware such as a virus from the flash disk.
I would recommend you install AVG free edition and see if it can find anything wrong. Another tool that you can run is Spybot search and destroy 2, which helps identify spyware and malware.

You can also have a look in the task manager (CTRL ALT DELETE) to see what process is taking up a lot of CPU percentages.
