Hey all,

With the two new FPS's coming out I am looking to upgrade/ update my rig.

Currently I have.

Intel i3 540 O/C @ 3.4ghz
Asus P7P55D E - EVO motherboard.
4gb RAM
GTX 460
Power supply i think is 550w.

I have a budget of around the £400/£500 mark. I am not interested in super duper ultra settings, but a rig where i can run it on high without fps lag.

Are there any upgrades I could make, or am I better off biting the bullet and getting a new rig? The latter is my gut feeling.

If this is the case what do you people suggest, again with that budget in mind!

Many thanks.

Definitely build a new rig for sure.

This will easily run them at a mix of high and max settings.

Star, thanks a lot. Would I be better with an older generation processor but more ghz? Say i5 3470 3.2ghz?

And would you say Radeon over GeForce?
