I have this problem, me an my girlfriend are staying at an apartment/hotel in Poland for a while. I am trying to connect to our floors wireless as it's signal strength is so much better than upper floors. My girlfriend successfully connected to it with laptop once but after that it haven't been working at all. every time you try to connect to it with laptop it goes straight to windows troubleshooter and after running it it says "Problem with wireless adapter or access point Not fixed".
You can connect to it with my Samsung and with my girlfriends Nokia lumia without any problems.
The network is password protected and we know the password. i have tried:
- Resetting Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) netsh int ip reset c:\resetlog.txt
- Flushed dns ipconfig /flushdns
- Resetting winsock netsh winsock reset
- Also I deleted the profile when it once connected to the network
I have no access to the wireless router but it seems to work everyday as our phones are connected to it. Don't know how this laptop connected once to it and then can't connect anymore.
