need help choosing which one

So my spec is:
MSi z87-g45
corsair 750w modular 80+ bronze psu
i5 4670k
8GB (2x4GB) Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz

I brought these a week ago and was very happy so thanks for that but i now need a new graphic card and 8gb of ram.
My question is 1 which graphic do i pick for the grachic card. And also dose it matter what kinbd of ram i get or dose it have to be the same as the other ones? Thanks for the help. I am gaming at 1080p and budget is around 330.

Pick the Sapphire Toxic 280X, as it's the most powerful of the series. You might prefer Asus's cooling system, though, but for pure power choose Toxic.

It is RECOMMENDED that you get the same brand, frequency, and DDR version of RAM but your setup won't explode if it isn't followed. I don't recommend that you add another 8GB though, since 8GB is plenty enough and nothing you use will come close to topping that in the present time (servers maybe).

You could instead use that extended budget for choosing a more powerful card, like the 290X and its TrueAudio feature.
