Yep it might be a problem while playing multiplayer in ultra or high settings.

As you have mentioned to play BF4 in ultra at that res. u need a really good GPU and CPU :

I recommend GTX 660 ti or atleast 650 ti boost with a quad proccy something like i5 3470/3570.

The rest really don't matter much.

Also don't buy from flipkart right now, prices have gone really high - i53570k is now around 16k and 650ti boost around 13.5K those were 1.5K lesser before a month or so.

Better buy from a local vendor, where do you live in MH? You can bargain with local shops and plus you feel more safe...Good luck:)

Tomshardware recently bench-marked Battlefield 4 beta
http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/battlefield-4-graph...
According to it,
"The good news is that a fairly inexpensive Core i3 or FX-4000-series CPU could be fast enough to handle the High preset without capping graphics performance. If you want to play at the Ultra preset, grab a Core i5 or FX-6000-class processor at the very least."

"More enthusiasts have 1080p displays though, and we're recommending a $200 Radeon HD 7870 or $180 GeForce GTX 660.
The demanding Ultra preset compels you go go with a Radeon HD 7970/R9 280X or GeForce GTX 670/760 at 1920x1080."

About GTX 650 Ti Boost, of course its better than GTX 650 Ti.
But don't buy Galaxy buy
http://www.flipkart.com/zotac-nvidia-geforce-gtx-650-ti...
I'll tell u the difference Galaxy has 128-bit memory and this one has 192-bit memory same as reference card
http://www.nvidia.in/object/geforce-gtx-650ti-boost-in....

Look at this way, there are different GPU models, and then there are different brands. U first select a GPU model and then choose the brand. Normally higher the price, better the quality of GPU from a brand unless that company is making a rip off.

lol..Don't buy BF4. It's a waste. U won't even get good pings because u live in a very wrong country India. I have faced the consequences in DOTA 2.
