Thoughts on build? Fairly beefy rig

I know you guys get this a lot but I would just like to double check with the community about my new specs. I want a machine that will be able to run next gen games on ultra at at least 60 FPS. Everything so far looked good in my mind but if you guys have any opinions at all I would appreciate them. (P.S. I know I should buy an SSD, but $1,700 is my cap.)

CPU: AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz AM3+ 123W Eight Core
PSU: PC Power and Cooling Silencer MkII 950W 80PLUS Silver
MB: ASUS Crosshair V Formula-Z AM3 990FX SATA 6Gb/s
HD: 2TB Seagate
RAM: G. Skill Ripjaw X 16GB DDR3
Case: Cooler Master HAF 932 Full Steel Tower
DVD ROM: ASUS OEM sillyness

That should do fine, but the PSU may be a bit of overkill. You can do well with less wattage, as long as you have enough on the rail for the card plus some overhead. If you are looking for performance, Intel is still on top, but you should do well with your choice.

It should be fine, but you can ease back on the PSU and save some there, but I don't know about $119. Again, you should be fine with that. I am not aware of any complaints with that CPU and gaming.

Oh yeah

The system you're building will do just fine for gaming.

One item I suggest you consider is a CPU liquid cooling system, for example: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103179

Combined with the fans that come with your Cooler Master tower, you'll have a nicely ventilated, cool system.

Normally I would say tha Water cooling isn't necessary as Air coolers are pretty much as effective, but with AMD, probably can't hurt. They tend to have a High TDP and are a little warm.
