Which one to go for? I'm planning to get an Intel i5-3570. And,I'm more interested with the MSI one. Is it good? Or there are some things which I must think of before jumping into conclusions?

It's your decision, will say keep in mind, price often plays little into a mobo (of course it does to a degree), but when you look back to IB and the 37xxK CPUs, give thought to what was the best selling and best rated mobo of the Z77 boards, it sold right up till Haswell was released at $135 - the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4, gamers loved it, so just because of the price or the name, doesn't always mean as much as most think

Well, the Asus seems rather pricey to me. So,I thought the Gigabyte was better. But then I thought, why not the Asrock B75M. Is it any good? People say it's similar to Asus, how'd that be? And it's got good features, forget the 2 ram slots, coz I don't plan to add a 32GB Memory. Moreover,it's just 4K INR in my area. So,what's your opinion of that?

Okay....But from what I read, when it comes to quality,
Asus>Gigabyte>ASRock>MSI
Isn't that right?
Well,if it was just your choice, okay I get it.
I mean,if this is to be believed, shouldn't the Gigabyte be better than the ASRock? Sorry if I'm asking too many questions.I don't wanna regret my decision later. That's why I'm asking so.

When it comes to mobos, I only use Asus, the Rock and GB, and I try and keep up with the lines of mobos and their peculiarities, i.e for the Z87 lineups, I think Asus has the best handle on the Z87/Haswell, with the Z77 mobos, I lean towards the Rock, X79 back to Asus then GB then the Rock, most AMD mobos, I again prefer Asus, followed by the Rock, then GB, as you said ;) those are just my choices and preferences

I'm that kind of guy too,who is the ASUS GUY :D
But this time,I'm left with not enough budget...So I'm forced to keep my eyes off the Asus, since they'd empty my pockets so easily. That's why I thought of staying with the Gigabyte, which was less expensive than Asus, and ASRock, which was even lower in price. That's what made me think about comparing the Gigabyte and ASRock :)
Eventhough,ASRock has got some interesting features like 3 SATA 6B/Sec ports and a blackish cool look. But here,Gigabyte is considered to be a good brand name, and so,I feel like it's better?

Well,I'm very tight on budget now. So I'm gonna have to sell my A6-3650 and Asus F155-M LE together to get some fair amount of money, and need to add some more to it,( if my mom gives me LOL :D ) and then get the i5 setup I'm dreaming of... :)
