Avast is saying I have a few System Files that are infected by MSIL:BitCoinMiner-B[Trj] Not sure if this is a false positive but the files are
System32\Config\RegBack\SYSTEM
System32\Config\SYSTEM
System32\wdi\LogFiles\ShutdownCKCL.etl
System32\winevt\Logs\System.evtx
\Temp\BSYSTEM
Some were moved to chest but is there a way to replace all my system files? I used the system file utility from the command prompt but after it finished no files were needed to be replaced. I don't have the Windows 7 disk but if I make a bootable USB could I use it to repair System Files or should I just do a clean install to make sure. Thanks for any help.
Edit: Forgot to mention I ran malwarebytes which came up 0 infected and also ran Kaspersky rootkit tool with 0 infects.
Ran combofix also.
