overclocking issues (overnight)

hey guys, i usually leave my computer on the whole night even when i sleep and only off it for like 1-2hours everyweek. is overclocking a good idea if i were to leave my computer on for 24 hours for a week?

Yes, OCing won't have any trouble if your temps are stable, voltage, etc.. That's why you should test it for a long period of time. I doubt you'll run your pc at full load 24/7. If you won't use it, it will downclock itself and it won't hurt your cpu.
