buying first gaming PC is this good deal?

I currently play WOW MoP on a 2008 Macbook... and it stinks.. looking for gaming PC that doesn't break my bank account. Can someone tell me if this is suitable for moderate gaming (1hrs during week, 8-9 hrs on weekends).

I'm assuming these are used parts? it's a fair deal.
if you scooped up the same used parts on ebay, it'd probly cost you the same anyway.

It's plenty enough to play most games at 1080p or less on medium/high.
