Hello I have a question and I need a pretty quick answer. I'm building a pc and I don't know which combination of cpu and gpu I should prefer (fx-8320 + sapphire 7870 oc or fx-6300 + gigabyte 760 oc rev 2.0). The pc is for gaming but I want to know if there is a difference in gaming between those 2 amd cpus, if there is a difference in the user experience and also if I use for instance photoshop or I do something else which is cpu intensive is there going to be a big difference between those cpus?

there will be a minor difference in gaming... new games like BF4 can use 8 cores. considering they're not much difference price wise, get the 8320.

the 7950 is generally equal to the 760. some would say a bit better.
and the 7950s just had huge price cuts, they can be had under $200 after rebate... i'd go 8320 and 7950. thats actually what I have (well i have 7950 crossfire)

option 2 gets my vote. you may even stretch it as far out as a 7970 for extra gpu horse power and vram for upper hd gaming. the difference between the two procs in apps can be sum up with a few secs in between them or a few more fps in games.

when i look at the title i thought obviously fx8320 cause better cpu but when i look at the setups the fx6300 is since a better gpu and you plan on gaming then massive cpu tasks so take fx6300 with the gtx 760
