Hi,

I preordered an Xbox One, but there are some questions that need answers:

1- Since the console is cloud-based, does it means that we will be able to connect on Xbox Live with another console and be able to retrieve our saves (like if I'm playing CoD, will I be able to play with my soldier on another Xbox ?)

2- It is possible to buy digital games like Steam ?

3- Do the Day One edition comes with free Xbox Live Gold days ?

4- Is it a recommend thing to play FPS with an headset instead of using the sound of the T.V ?

Solution
1. Essentially your CoD and general mp saves on most FPS's are linked to your account. So yes, when you use your account on a different Xbox you will have access to your CoD online stuff (Just like know)

2. Yep, they have the Xbox store which does sell games digitally, they also have some great sales and pretty good prices on some games.

3. All we know is that the Day One edition comes with the stock headset, a HDMI 4K ready wire, Controller, Kinect, a special Achievement and the console itself. Most likely it will come with a trial similar to how the 360 had some ( A new account would have access to a 1 month free trial of XBL, the console usually came with 3)

4. It's up to personal preference, there haven't been many Xbox one...

1. Yes, that's what the cloud is useful for.

2. They have the XBox live marketplace which is similar.

3. I think all Xboxs come with trial memberships but I'm not sure on that one.

4. I use a headset which I love, once you get a good headset its totally worth it in my opinion, but if you only play casually its probably not worth the cost.

4. It's up to personal preference, there haven't been many Xbox one compatible headsets shown and the ones that have been shown are a bit expensive. Using a headset while gaming is preferred by a lot of people (just like listening to music with earphones instead of speakers, quite obvious)
