So about a month ago, I bought my first computer and its been running fine. But a week ago, it has been crashing at least once a day. The monitor goes black and the gpu fan kicks up to full blast. I have to manually turn off the computer to restart it. I've checked the temps and it isn't over heating and I'm almost certain it's a gpu problem. I have a corsair 600w 80+ bronze psu so I don't think that would be the issue either. Any help?

I would suggest running prime 95 and checking if the ram isnt the problem, just because the gpu makes the picture, doesnt mean its always the problem when something wrong happens with the display.
give me some more details and ill try to help you out :)

Thanks for responding though I think I figured out the answer. My computer only seemed to crash when my brother's fish lights were on so it seems the wall socket didn't have enough juice for both. I got that all sorted out and ever since that it has been running fine.
