Is 50MHz worth $20?

Hello, I was just looking at the R9 280x on Newegg and one 280x is $300 and the other one by sapphire is $320 because it is 1070MHz and the $300 one is 1020MHz. Is 50MHz really worth $20?

Well Asus, Gigabyte, and sapphire all have different clock speeds and boost clock speeds so should I buy the one that has the most like the Asus one that is at 1070MHz for $310 or just the Sapphire 1020MHz for $300?

Is one of them a reference card and the other with aftermarket cooler? Or are they both the same? Either way its not worth 20$, you can get that extra OC on your own and buy yourself some tacos or something =)
