Is there any difference at all between these two cards?

I realize their the same GPU and everything, but made by different companies. I can't really tell what the pros and cons between these two models are:

Can you guys maybe tell me which model possibly has better performance? Or would it be the same? BTW, I don't plan to overclock much at all.

The Gigabyte has a 3 year warranty and the Sapphire has a 2 year warranty, for me that is an important factor, but only a factor.

The gigabyte card will be the better performer with higher core clock and higher memory clock. The triple fan setup is usually good for a few degrees lower operation, so if the cards get pushed very hard, there is more thermal room for it to stay at max clocks longer than a card with a slightly lower performing cooling solution.

If you are purchasing now, a $20 rebate isn't too shabby either.

hey bro .you wont notice any performance difference between two . GIGABYTE WF usually has higher mem & core CLock & is cooler & is QUality brand & is ... ( :D  ok thats enough ) . ill go with GIGABYTE for sure .
