Specs
Motherboard: Asrock z87 pro 3
CPU: intel i5 4670k
GPU: Gigabyte 2GB windforce gtx 670

After motherboard problems I finally got my new pc build to work. But now I have ran into a problem with my GPU. When I go to install the drivers with the disc it says that " this graphics driver cannot find compatible graphics hardware". (current version says 306.23) So I tried installing the gigabyte oc guru which told me "Please confirm whether to support this VGA card". I tried looking in device manager and it doesn't even show my graphics card under display adaptors (only shows microsoft basic". I'm at the point of meltdown as its driving me mad. Everything is in properly so I'm baffled as to why it wont work. Thanks in advance for any help!

Without drivers, Windows will assume ANY video device is a basic VGA unit.
The system should be giving the basic display so go to the Nvidia website, download and install the latest WHQL certified drivers for your card/OS.
Fingers crossed, problem solved.

I tried that mate but its still bring up that same issue of not being able to find compatible graphics hardware.
