Updated Windows 7 from control panel and now corrupt 'volume'?

So I updated from the control panel (since it said 24 important updates) and then i reset my computer to make then install. when i try to boot my computer it keeps going to the start up repair. even that says it cant find the problem. when i looked at the details it said a corrupted 'volume'. is there anyway to fix this?

Now its worsen. now it wont even go into the startup repair. its says something like it needs a boot disc.
Heres my pc specs if it helps:
CPU: AMD Athlon 64 x2 4200+
GPU: XFX Radeon HD 7770
RAM: 2.5GB DDR2
Mobo: Gigabyte m61pme-s2
PSU: CiT 600W black edition
HDD: 80GB (the corrupt one) , 250 GB and 320G
