So I don't know if this comes under business computing but I'm thinking of trying to sell small form factor PCs and wanted to know if these specs would be adequate.

AMD APU A8 6600K
Corsair CX600M
PowerColor HD 7850 2GB
Corsair 4GB DDR3 1600mhz Vengeance Memory
Seagate 1TB Barracuda HDD
ASUS DRW-24F1ST
Antec Case/VSK-3000E Tower Micro ATX Black
Asrock FM2A85X-ITX

This would come to a total of about £410.00

Both the hard drive and the video card will generate ton of heat. Have you put all these together and measured temps? Will the PSU be adequate for that load?

Also - what market you're targeting? Desktops will (almost always) require Windows license as well, adding another GBPs to the price. And you will be responsible for end-user support as well.

I have calculated what wattage is needed and the PSU is more than adequate but I'm not quite sure on the temperature front because I have never built anything that is smaller than an ATX in a midi tower.
