Low fps in battlefield 3 and 4, I have a good rig.

So, I have asked this before many times, but nothing seems to help. I get a minimum of 25 fps in battlefield 3 and 4, ultra. Turning down settings gives me the same fps. Someone suggested that it might be my cpu, so after a lot of convincing, I upgraded to an 8350. My gpu (7950) gets 50-60% usage in full servers, max settings 1080p. Over all l'm really disappointed that a $200 cpu didn't fix my problem, what could be bottle-necking in my system? (BTW, in full servers my cpu usage stays below 60% on the most taxed core, and most cores stay at about 40%). I'm reaching despair guys, you gotta help me!

Specs:
Mobo: M5a99FX PRO
CPU: FX-8350 @ 4.6 ghz
GPU: Gigabyte 7950 Core:1100 Mem: 1500
RAM: 8GB Corsair Vengeance
PSU: 620w Rosewill Green 80+

  1. Im not sure. I think 25 on ultra in battlefeild 4 is not to bad though. Try turning down the motion blur and see if that helps.
  2. HAVE YOU TRIED, UNINSTALLING, AND THEN REINSTALLING THE GAMES?
  3. Do you have forced Antialasing on in the ATI control panel?

you should get constant 60fps in bf3 on the default ultra setting at 1080p, with the odd dip here and there,. bf4 is buggy at the moment and doesnt run well on many high end systems, there are a bunch of fixes for these issues if you google it. but if bf3 isnt running well you have a problem. remove all your overclocks, see if it runs ok on stock settings.

No, it takes forever to download over here. :( Wouldn't deleting the config do the same thing?
