I have a nvidia gt 630 oem asus 2gb. Will an upgrade to a nvidia gtx 650 with 1 gb be good enough of a difference to upgrade?

There will be a difference, but saving up a bit more would probably be a better option. If you save up for the 760 that would be a great leap forward.
