7870xt vs r9 270x vs 7950

So guys I'm planning to build my first gaming pc. Which of these video cards should I go with? Is the older 7950 stronger than the new r9 270x? The 7950 is the cheapest among the three but are the new features of the 270x worth the extra $?

270X is a rebadged 7870 GHz, its the slowest of the bunch. 7870XT is for the most part a 7950 with a 2GB frame buffer, if the 7950 is the cheapest thats the one to go with.

Well, that is in CAD and the cheapest 7950 I found is just 184.99 while the 7870 xt is at 189.99 so I don't think you know what you are talking about
