Serious problem with my PC

hello .. i have problem with my pc .. after change mainboard, ram, proc, vga,pcu :D

Specs
8 GB Ram
HD 7770
FX 6300
FPS 40-60

first . i trying to play game like bf3 but lagging...

isnt internet connection ... my ping 25-90
and i trying play game like minecraft .. and lagging like a .. move too fast or something..

but sometimes after restarting my computer and try playing first its ok .. like nothing happen ... wtf
i dont know how to solve my problem .. im confused...

My Problem Solved.. i just change
Cool n Quite to disable on BIOS and everything ok .. :D

You said you upgraded the computer, are you still using the HDD with the original Windows installation? if so, this may be driver conflict.

You can get similar stuttering from either the CPU or the graphics card. What settings are you using for BF3? Try lowering them and see if it makes a difference.

If BF3 is playing fine after a reset, does the stuttering come back after you play it for some time?

I would be leaning towards a overheating issue - maybe check if the CPU heatsink is placed properly and that all the fans are working.

Two things I notice off hand, Your voltage is higher than it should be. I used to own the same CPU and it should be at about 1.3 so my guess is it's getting too hott and then your performance drops. What are your temps? Have you checked?

after i restart everything normal ... like nothing happen before..
my overclocking is default and its auto .. but after i open another software or do something it happen again ..

nop ... no data in hdd i create new partition..
i set to low/medium/high/ultra stil lag .. even resolution .. same
