I am going to get the AMD Athlon ii x3 450 CPU with this motherboard:

Can this motherboard upgrade to an FX series processor? Can this motherboard unlock the Athlon's hidden 4th core? If not, can it overclock the CPU buy a little? Please answer my questions. I know you are probably thinking, "Why is this noob getting an old Athlon processor?", well, its all i can afford right now. I will upgrade to an FX series processor, that is why i'm asking if it supports it. I mainly wan't to get the FX-6300. If i can't upgrade to an FX-6300, can you list me any other good motherboards that have usb 3.0, able to support Athlon and FX processors, able to unlock Athlon's 4th core, has at least one or two pci-e x16 ports 2.0 or 3.0, and most importantly, UNDER $67! Thank you.
