Please Help Overclocking 8350

hello all, ive been recently trying to overclock my 8350 to anything past the stock 4ghz but i cannot get a stable oc at all past 4.02 which is a embarrassment, so please tell me what i am doing wrong

fx-8350
crosshair V formula Z
gtx 780
corsair Vengeance 1600-ram
ocz fatal1ty 750 psu

any other information needed please ask and i will supply asap

I think that mobo has some turboboost settings. When you are overclocking, are you turning them off? Also, are you using the bios to overclock or the Asus application (I don't remember the name)? If you are using the latter I would recommend using only the bios.

Yes I have that turboboost off and yes I am using bios.. I do not like ai suite

well done.. i had used this video before but i still had the problems, well last night i decided to make sure i have every little detail he had and i finally got it stable at 4.4 so i give u the nod sir on making me pay attention to detail
