I've been saving up ever since I got a job and I have enough money to invest in a GOOD computer for gaming/everyday purposes.

I have 2 builds that I customized from Ibuypower. I "can afford" either of but what would be the best for the price/performance? I'm leaning towards the cheaper one but is the more expensive one worth the upgrade?

So I'd actually see a difference in performance for the 131 dollar price difference? Sorry I'm just making sure I get the right one and not spend excessive money if I'm not going to see a difference. It's pretty much my entire budget.
