Looking to upgrade my 9800GT

Hi

I'm looking to update my graphics card, I mostly play MMO's like WoW and GW2. My 9800GT plays these ok but on average settings, would like to play on high or maybe Ultra.

My current spec:
Intel Core 2Quad Q6600 @2.40ghz
6GB Ram
500w PSU
Current GPU is nvida 9800GT

My budget is around £100 - £150 (cheaper the better).
I know its an old PC, but i can't afford to replace yet, maybe in 18 months.

Considering your weak CPU, a high end card would be pointless because of the massive bottleneck. So I recommend an AMD 7870 for about 150 Euros. It should play those games at high settings or higher (1080p) depending on how much of a bottleneck your CPU causes.

Thanks, would I need to upgrade my power supply for that? My mobo is Asus p5n-e sli.

Your power supply should be sufficient for the 7870. However, you should check your motherboards specs to see if it will support the new card.
