I am updating my rig for BF4, but are stuck on which gpu to get. I will be playing on a resolution of 1920 so do I really need a GTX 780? Aren't they optimised for resolution of 2560?
The GTX 690 still looks to be the card to beat, but is it now old tech that will be quickly outdated due to the architecture of a newer gpu?
GTX 780 in SLI seems a popular choice but a little expensive.
Is it worth the frames to money ratio working on GTX 780=£500 or GTX 690=£750 or GTX 780 SLI=£1000.
Would be interested to hear some of views of anyone who has made one those upgrades and the performance they found.
