I'm having trouble powering on my new build, which last night booted all the way to bios screen. Today it only powers on the CPU fan for several seconds and then cuts out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hTI-Dte0brc&feature=youtu.be Here is the video of the CPU fan only power up.
