You can download the driver from here, the driver for UTV 382f is in the right-hand column of the main panel - - the sixth box down:

You may have to copy/paste the above URL in to your web browser's address bar as it seems not to work when clicked on. It works fine when copy/pasted (very strange, beats the hell out of me)
Please note: The Windows 7 driver is 32-bit only. Windows 7 64-bit is not supported
