Help me with my Haswell memory choice

I have an order in for a full Haswell set, but now I'm quite puzzled about RAM choices.

I changed from 1600MHz CL9 to 2133MHz CL9, but then noticed that no 2133 MHz sets are available with 1.5V voltage. The 2133 sets all run at 1.65V and that could potentially harm the Haswell CPU (or so Intel says).

The fastest 1.5V RAM units currently are 1866MHz CL9, as far as I can tell. Faster than that, and the voltage goes up.

Would I be safe with running 1.65V on a 4770k CPU, or should I rather get slower RAM to be able to run at 1.5V?

My current order includes GSkill Ripjaws Z 2133 MHz CL9 memory (http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/GSkill/F3-17000CL9Q-16GBZH) that is rated at 1.65V. Is this a bad choice and if so, what would you suggest instead?

Also, if I was to run these GSkill sticks, what frequency would I be able to run if I lovered the voltage to 1.6 or 1.55 V?

You'll be fine with the DRAM at 1.65 and 2133, 1.5 is the 'recommended' to go along with the 'recommended' 1600, I won't use 1.65 on DRAM 1866 and below, with 2133 and above your looking at a rig that is OCed at least slightly so there's no problem....if there was a issue you wouldn't see all that DRAM out there thats 2133 and up at 1.65

And the Ripjaws Z will be fine, it's a great set of sticks
