I know selling my current 6970 is always an option, as well as a hassle.
Sooo, ive found a brand new 6950 for 150$.
My question is, is it practical to unlock this new 6950 or should i keep hunting for a deal on a used 6970. New egg is selling the 7970 for 304 and offering a 25$ off promo (or might wait for black friday)
I heard xfire 6970 gives u a slightly better performance bench than a single 7970
Im running a,raidmax 1000w psu, so theoretically my rig should handle the added demand without an issue
