HEY GUYS I HAVE A PC WITH i3 3.07 GHZ AND 6 GB RAM AND EVGA 2GB GTX 650 TI BOOST SC AND GTA 4 LAGS CAN YOU HELP ME TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM ??????
I HAVE BEEN SUFFERING FROM THIS ISSUE SINCE 2010

Run the build in benchmarks. I used a AMD x2 2ghz cpu with a 5830 video card and ran at over 34fps at 1680 by 1080. With a i5 4670 and same video card, it's over 65fps.
Also what resolution are you running, how high did you set the details, view distance, etc and do you have any mods loaded (including cars,textures,etc)
