Hey I took my pc to a shop today and got a new power supply tested it and it works. Then I changed my cpu to a quad core from a dual core and also got a new cpu cooler and put in a new fan. I tested it out and my pc starts all fans spin but monitore doesn't display anything it says when I start my pc going into power saving mode and goes off. It doesn't even display bios.
My specs are
450 watt power supply
Ati radeon HD5570
Biostar G41D3C
4GB ddr 3 ram
And my old cpu is core 2 duo and I changed it to a core 2 quad Q9300 and the new cpu is what's causing all the problems
