Hi,

Yes you can overclock with your board and CPU, however don't expect anything amazing from the motherboard, it's not really designed for heavy overclocks.

I have another query about the same motherboard and the graphics card which is EVGA Nvidia GeForce GTX 760 Superclocked ACX 2GB GDDR5. I installed it and it's working fine but im not sure if the actual card gives it's best to perform with this motherboard coz it has pci-e x16 instead of pci-e 3.0. Let me know what do you think.

PCI-E 2.0 @ x16 can provide way more bandwidth than your card will need, there's really no need to worry there.
