I've decided to build my first PC. I've got a relatively low budget (I'm 17) and want to keep the actual system under around £650 this doesn't include the monitor etc.

I've got a list of my parts here.
I would be very grateful if someone could go through and check to see if it's a stable build, that will be up to date for a good amount of time and to suggest any improvements that won't put the price of the PC up.

Also I'm still undecided on what monitor to buy, it would be great if someone could suggest a good monitor. I'm not looking for anything fancy just a nice monitor that's around £140, the cheaper the better.

Solution
Edited your build a bit (different mobo, 2x4 ram instead of 1x8, better gpu, different case, and a monitor) -

I guess I'll make the monitor the last decision. Thanks very much for the help. This may sound silly, I'm not very experienced with PC components, but do you think the drivers for that GPU will be updated frequently?

Yes, all drivers (gpu) will update. Maybe not frequently but they will.

Also, you can pick a best answer or solution so the thread is finished.
