Need help to choose new GPU and CPU

Hi i need some help choosing what components pick for upgrading my pc.

specs:
Intel core i3-2105 3.10 GHz
4 Gb DDR3 RAM
Geforce GTS 450 1GB
Asus P8H61-M Le DDR3
AXP 500W psp

As you can see its not the best, but i want to be able to play some upcoming games like Watch dogs and bf4 on 60 FPS on low-medium graphics.
Can someone help me find a GPU and CPU that will work together.
I also don't have a lot of money to spend on it but the budget is around 130-170$

And please tell me if any more info is needed.

If you really want to save some $ it'd be better to wait for those games and look through reviews. At this point noone will help you to save money and get needed parts unless they're developers of said games.

it depends on budget with a short budget and a good reliable card get the nvida gtx 580 blops 1 edition,and 17
or for graet budget gtx 770-or titan with 17, iwould upgrade ram to 12 too, but it depnds on budget, so pleas be mor deatailed when asking questions or we cant help you(properly)
