Accesing my router for changing settings

I have a dualband router TP-LINK_4300_750N and a notebook LENOVO B580 connected wireless. Recently, I bought a smart TV PHILIPS. and I wish to connect it wirelwss to my router, but I can't acces my router using "192.168.0.1" fopr changing settings. IF I click "192.168.0.1" in the browser, it doesn't appear the Login window, so I can't connect my TV wireless. Shall I reset my router and try again to acces it ? .com Please, only IT experts. I would first check to see what your default gateway actually is by opening a command prompt box on the laptop and typing ipconfig and hit return. It will list the default gateway address, use that. If you don't know your configuration page user and password though, you would need to reset to default and consult your...
