How to increase Dedicated video memory

I have a dell inspiron 15r and INTEL HD 4400 graphics card that has a dedicated video memory of 32 MB.So i can't play any new games.
I want to increase the size of it through BIOS.But there is no such option to increase the size in BIOS of Windows 8.

COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!

It's dynamically controlled and windows shares extra on top of that amount. Vram is not the issue but the gpu is just too weak to play many new games. What game are you trying to play? http://www.notebookcheck.net/Intel-HD-Graphics-4400.91979.0.html

I wanted to play LA NOIRE on my laptop.But it seems that my graphics card memory is too low to play that game.

The issue is the gpu is too weak. You have plenty of memory.
