How to increase Dedicated video memory

I have a dell inspiron 15r and INTEL HD 4400 graphics card that has a dedicated video memory of 32 MB.So i can't play any new games.
I want to increase the size of it through BIOS.But there is no such option to increase the size in BIOS of Windows 8.

COULD SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I wanted to play LA NOIRE on my laptop.But it seems that my graphics card memory is too low to play that game.

The issue is the gpu is too weak. You have plenty of memory.

Intel HD Graphics does not have dedicated video memory, but it rather takes some memory from system RAM. Windows simply treats the minimum amount of allocated memory as dedicated graphics memory. Most desktops provide a setting in BIOS for selecting the desired amount of "dedicated" memory, but laptops usually don't. As you are on a laptop, chances are that you won't be able to increase the amount of "dedicated" graphics memory.

If a game refuses to start because of the low amount of dedicated video memory (and not because of lack of performance!), there may be a way to trick it by editing a configuration file or something else that you actually have more dedicated graphics memory. The following articles might be of help:
