im using nvdiageforce6150se .... and my color quality is only 16bit (medium) and when i change it to 32bit (higher) my screen resolution changes to 1600x900 pixels , im using samsung f2380 21 inch LCD monitors .. what can i do to change it to 32bit ??

I believe that aging integrated video chip tops out at 32 bit color at 1600x1200 or less when used with a digital monitor (~60 hertz). And 1920x1440 with RGB analog monitors (~75 hertz). More than likely, you will have to get a discrete card for 1920x1080 at 32 bit color.

That would be the best solution, yes. If you aren't a gamer, a discrete video card can be had for as little as $25:
