I am building a new PC, but I have a few questions about storage.
My motherboard is an MSI H61M-P31 (G3), and the SATA ports on it are SATA II. My HDD is a Seagate ST500DM002, and I am not sure what SATA it is. Would I be able to connect a SATA III drive to a SATA II port, or would I have to mess about with extra stuff?
Please help me!
