Ever since the power flickered on and off in the house 5 times before it was off for about 3 hours, my computer was able to shutdown just my doing power down from windows. Well after power surge issue in the house, I go to shut down the pc and windows go's to shut down, monitor go's the blue screen, but ALL my fans and lights on my tower are still on and going. I hold the power button and everything go's off. I power it back on and then do the same steps to shut down and it actually turns off. I've noticed if it sits on for awhile is when this happens.. Any ideas where to start looking? I just built this computer about 3 weeks ago and so far no issues till this.
