I am new to computer building and am looking to get recreate gaming computer. I am however unsure if there is a graphics card that would offer a better price to performance ratio. This is the card I am looking to purchase EVGA GeForce GTX 660 1072MHz 3GB PCI-E 3.0 HDMI FTW Signature2. I have seen a couple of reviews on YouTube but am wondering whether there would be a better card for the money. I have no preference between Nvidia and amd cards as i do not know the difference.
here is a link to the card http://www.dabs.com/products/evga-geforce-gtx-660-1072mhz-3gb-pci-e-3-0-hdmi-ftw-signature2-8J7H.html?refs=50385-4294944469-490500000&src=3
Here are the decided specs for my build but unsure of some
PSU- corsair 750 cxm
hard drive- seagate barracuda 2tb
ssd- Sandisk 128gb
case- bitfenix shinobi window
cpu- intel core i7 4770k

Undecided parts
motherboard- Msi z87g-45
ram- corsair vengence 16gb (however i am not sure, can anybody suggest an alternative, along with gaming i wish to do video editing which is why it is 16gb instead of 8gb)

Any help would be greatly appreciated

I would suggest the next gen AMD graphics cards as being the AMD Radeon R9 270/280/ 290X graphics cards. The 270X can be bought for 200 us dollars and the 280X for around 300 us dollars. What you want coulb be fine as wel the 660 is a good car just another suggestion for a GPU. As for motherboards I have an asrocks which is a good board for the price I believe that this is the one for the 4th generation haswell processors: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157293
The motherboard you have currently is fine but i just wanted to suggest another alternative.
For ram usually a safe bet is either G skill, Kingston, or Corsair.
