660 OC in two way SLI or i5 4670K for gaming upgrade?

Hey all I'm wondering which would be better for gaming, buying another 660 OC for two way SLI or an I5 4670K. I can buy either or, not both, and I'm wondering which would be best. My current specs are

AMD FX 6300 6 core CPU
Gigabyte 660 OC
8 gigs of corsair vengeance ram

I'm on the other end of that. using similar machines with a 66o oc card I'd rather have the faster processor. but you do realize a new board and maybe new ram will be needed also............ and even a $200-ish processor will be faster in some games than the 6300.

depends on the game/depends on the resolution/depends on the settings.

at 1920x1200 I have been cpu bound with a similar amd processor.
