the back of the cases are standard you have to pop the metal io sheild out of the old case and it just pops in to the new case. the front audio and usb ports plug into headers onto the mb.

All of the above should fit all components, the full size are a bit bigger and the mid size are just like the size of your current case. If you want more help just Pm me or respond on the forums and I will try and help you.
